Mrs. Mondal graduated from MUC Women's College and post-graduated in Bengali from The University of Burdwan in 2006 and 2008 respectively. She awarded M.Phil. from The University of Burdwan and she qualified NET in Bengali in June 2009. In August 2011, She joined as Guest Lecturer at Memari College. In January 2020, Mrs. Mondal joined as a State Aided College Teacher(S.A.C.T-I) at Memari College, Memari, Purba Bardhaman, India.
