Dr. Bandyopadhyay graduated from Burdwan Raj College with Bengali Honours in 1994 under the University of Burdwan and Post-graduated in Bengali from the University of Burdwan in 1996. He also cleared UGC- NET in December 2000. He was awardedP.hD degree in Bengali in 2010. In April 2017, Dr. Bandyopadhyay joined as an Assistant Professor in the Bengali Department at Memari College in 2017.
